Your dental treatment is very important to your health and should not be delayed. To enable you to proceed immediately, our office offers financial payment options. We encourage you to select a financial arrangement that is comfortable for you. For your convenience we offer the following financial arrangements.


1. No Interest or Low Interest Plans through Care Credit or Capital One. Paperwork must be
Completed and returned to our office two weeks before the scheduled appointment.


2. An 8% courtesy will be given if payment is made on the day appointment is scheduled or
within one business day of your scheduled appointment. This does not include patients with Metropolitan or Delta Dental Insurance.

3. A 5% immediate payment courtesy will be given when the estimated fee is paid IN FULL on the day treatment begins. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks or Cash.

4. Payment may be divided into two equal payments for our patients of record. One half is to be paid on the day treatment begins. The remaining half is to be paid when treatment is complete.

5. Senior Citizen courtesy of 10% to patients age 62 and above when payment is made IN FULL on the day treatment begins. This courtesy may not be combined with any of the above options.

6. If you have dental insurance, we are glad to process you claims. Your co-payment and deductible are due at time of service. After a maximum of 45 days we will bill your credit card for any balance remaining.
